To be a successful leader, especially during these these times where changes and uncertainty are largely present, self-knowledge and situational leadership abilities are necessary.

METHOD

- Coaching-discussion, in Finnish or in English,  (1,5 – 2 h can be conducted over the video as well) and leadership questionnaire (next generation valid and reliable Online assessment tool)

- Versatile discussion about your leadership and results to the above-mentioned questions, within a challenging, encouraging, and supporting atmosphere
